At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again. The lady promised to check with hotels.com the same day and email me. Now 3 weeks later, I still got no refund. Or any responds. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after……

We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.”
