“The staff was excellent, room was very cute. The shower head however, did not work very well. It would pulsate the water and was never a steady stream. Additionally, every time we came back to our room it would smell like mildew. Overall, very happy with the hotel. ”

“地點相當好十分方便，一出地鐵站過馬路行2分鐘就到酒店。但酒店房間給人感覺殘舊，地台鋪上地毯感覺不夠整潔，浴室空間狹窄，坐廁沖水經常失靈，不斷有水流出造成聲音困擾。房內設有冷氣但職員關掉中央系統，即不能使用，但天氣清涼，開窗可令溫度舒適，可惜窗戶只能開一小條空隙，不足令室內空氣流通，睡覺時感到悶局。但員工工作態度十分友善我們去到的第一天升降機壞了職員十分主動地幫助的行李，我們的房間我們的房間是在4樓，這是很值得稱讚的。”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
