“Property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, as well as downtown Monmouth. Staff member at reception was helpful and friendly. Only negative was the loud noise of traffic on the main road at 6:00am and someone close by using a gas-powered leaf blower at 6:10am. Our room was located closest to the main road.”

“It was good the beds are soft which is a good thing. We stayed 1 night this hotel is about a 20 minute drive to Spirit Mountain Casino which we went to for some fun. Drive is good from hotel to Spirit Mountain Casino. So if anyone is looking for a very reasonable priced hotel not too far from Spirit Mountain Casino then this is the place to stay. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly ”

“For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it.
