“Spacious house, well equipped and beautiful, peaceful location. One of the best homes we've stayed at, lovely surroundings. We stayed 3 days, and it worked very well. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes and supplies.The beds were very comfortable and the area was great to explore. The owners were very responsive. Would stay again when in the area!”

“We were a party of 8 that came to Punkin Manor after a cruise on the Columbia River. The location was great, close to lots of wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was tricked out with all the right utensils, pans and gadgets. The yard was rooming and quiet (and we happened to be there when the lilacs, wisteria and daffodils were in bloom). The bedrooms all had comfotable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, bath tissue, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner. The hosts were……

“This was a great house to stay at in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Salem, but far enough out to not feel like you are in the city. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family and parents. Having a room on the main floor was great for my older dad. The rec room downstairs is huge. Overall a great stay!”

“This property has a great location and with easy access to local businesses. We stayed here while visiting relatives in the area and there was plenty of room for family visits and relaxing. The outdoor space looks like a small retreat although we came in winter and didn’t spend much time out there. Would recommend to others traveling to the area. ”

“The place was spacious, nice, and perfect for a family. Overall, we had a good stay. However, the only issue was that the bed sheets—especially in the main room—weren’t clean. They smelled like sweat, and there was hair on them. I ended up having to wash the blankets myself, and we couldn’t go to bed until late because we had to wait for them to dry. It’s important that the blankets and sheets are properly cleaned before each guest arrives. Other than that, everything else was great.”

“I stayed with my family here with family over Spring Break for 2 nights while we went to Wings and Waves and the museum. The hot tub was very nice, the place was spacious and very clean, and it’s walking distance to downtown which has great dining options. Great place ”
