“This beautiful hotel sits in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains and right across from a beautiful river at the foot of high mountain cliffs. The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. The hotel also has the most beautiful trails along the river with flowers and trees and bushes. Absolutely idyllic. To top it all off, there was a family of geese of a rare species that camped in……

Hay opciones de compras y restaurantes a corta distancia. El estacionamiento es gratuito, amplio y de fácil acceso. Muy recomendable”

“The hotel, grounds, and staff are excellent with beautifully manicured gardens, pool , very clean apartment and comfortable beds. However it is located next to route 40 and the road noise is very much present. The breakfast is minimal with semiluna, bread, jam , cookie and coffee grounds delivered to your room to make yourself. ”

“O quarto era confortável e o cafe da manhã bem gostoso, só ficava vazio por muito tempo pois demoravam a repor os itens do café da manhã. Havia uma cozinha para compartilhar no bosque do Hotel, muito agradável, tambem havia cafe da manha e agua disponivel todo o tempo na recepção. No geral uma otima experiência. ”

“Please book for more than one day. Unfortunately we only had one night and it was not enough. This is a beautifully curated property. Clean, comfortable, artistically decorated with one of a kind views. The heated pool was lovely. The food was delicious. Make sure to book dinner ahead of time is you wish to eat dinner at the hotel. If not, they will call a cab to take you in to town. I hope to be able to return to casa de alto in the future. ”

“I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price”

“Poor experience, with the hotel absolutely empty and a storm, ask to te manager to pay late check out, and told me that they have no personal to clean the room after 1 pm.abd give me 15 minutes to leave At the check in, the hotel was closed, and in have to make a call and leave the luggage outside at the back of the hotel.”

“Ficamos apenas uma noite para descansar da viagem entre Pucon e Bariloche. A pousada é muito charmosa, atendimento bom e ágil, quarto limpo, cama confortável, travesseiros e roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Café da manhã bem simples e com poucas opções, mas quebra o galho. Pelo preço que pagamos, ficaríamos novamente.”
