“We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? “Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine.
