“Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably.”

“The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions during our stay. It’s walkable distance to the Abita Brew Pub, Abita Cafe (great breakfast!), a snowball stand/coffee hut, the Abita Springs museum and more. Darling house with wrap around porch and nice backyard. “This was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. I only wish they had made it clear they weren't going to send the check-in information until the last minute, because the ad suggests they might confirm that two days prior to the stay. “The place was fantastic. We found everything we needed. Plenty of parking, I drug my boat, so normally finding a place for my trailer is a hassle, but not at R&as. I put my boat in the water and left it in the water the whole time. Loved it, can’t wait to go back.”

“This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something……
