“I echo all the 10/10 reviews. We too brought our e-bikes and took several wonderful rides around old Mandeville. The bike trails are the best I’ve ridden. Lake Pontchartrain shoreline is a short stroll away, and there are many nearby eateries and watering holes to experience. The cottage is awesome. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our stay.”

“Property was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location. Walkable to restaurants, shops and grocery. Host responded quickly when we discovered there was no toaster and dropped one off right away. We would stay here again next time we're in Covington. ”

“My family enjoyed staying here so much. The home is so nice and cozy. It was very clean when we arrived with clear instructions on everything. The house is just a beautiful as the pictures. Already planning to go back in February. ”

“The location and fishing was great. Not all the lights for fishing worked and the outside kitchen and bath were very dirty and no running water. Over all, we had a great time and would visit again.”

“I was in town visiting family and needed a comfortable place to stay—and this sweet cottage on the horse farm was absolutely perfect. It was just a 20-minute drive to Covington, making it super convenient, yet peaceful and private. The cottage was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. The bed and bedding were so cozy, I slept like a dream.Jamie, Angie, and Nick were warm and kind hosts. I even brought my young niece to visit the horses and donkeys, which was……

It’s walkable distance to the Abita Brew Pub, Abita Cafe (great breakfast!), a snowball stand/coffee hut, the Abita Springs museum and more. Darling house with wrap around porch and nice backyard.
