“This house was perfect. Everything looked exactly like the photos, which is always a good start. The house was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. The closets provided plenty of space to both hang clothes and store folded clothing on the shelves. “We enjoyed our stay”

“This house was the perfect home base for our large group trip to Louisville! The location was very convenient - we were a few miles away from all the action on Whiskey Row, with tons of bars and restaurants right down the street. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the house itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the common areas were great for hanging out and playing games. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to……

“Great for a softball trip to Elizabethtown ”

“We chose to stay in a more rural area to get away this year. It was definitely rural. There are just a few places by the house but we didn’t see anyone. There is a convenience store about 15-20 min away but other than that, it’s a good 45 min to civilization. Very nice river frontage. The only downfall of the river were the barges traveling up and down the river at night. Very nice to watch but some of us lost sleep due to the noise. The house definitely had everything we needed. ”

“We loved our stay at the Spring Street cottage. The location was perfect. We got to visit nearby Kolkin coffee. The decor was quaint, peaceful, and relaxing. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 couples. We look forward to our next trip to the area because we will definitely book with Molly again. She was an excellent host and thought of extra personal touches to make you feel welcomed. Make sure to visit a show at the Derby Dinner Playhouse. ”
