“Pool was not adequately heated, pump was not working when we arrived. Overall cleaning was not professionally done as we are charged for. Water bottle left beside bed, rugs in dining room are stained, one toilet seat was very loose ( I tightened it and have pictures). Third rental we have had with Vrbo, others were oustanding. Representative was also hard to reach.pictures).”

“What a nice cottage! It was very bright and clean. Mary was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend for a couple or a small family. We were there for a quick weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but the hot tub was crystal clear and the grounds looked amazing. It was nice to have a quiet area to stay in such a busy area.”

“The house was clean and cozy! The lake was beautiful with fishing poles set up ready to use! There were toys for the kids and everything needed in the kitchen. The grill had everything needed as well as everything ready for a bon fire. Chickens were cute and friendly. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Thank you!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has plenty of space and it was really nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Check in/out process was a breeze. Lori has decorated the home beautifully. Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. We had plenty of space to park and loved having our vehicles in the back behind a fence. The pool looked great but it was still a bit chilly so we just enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We will definitely choose this……

“Loved everything about this property. So easy to get comfortable in, very well stocked, amazingly peaceful setting where cows and wildlife abound. The house is great and very roomy. Laundry is handy and there's a great little desk area that made checking with work a breeze. Visited with the owner, Lisa a few times when we were both out walking in the mornings, very pleasant.Nothing but good things to say about the Brooksville Retreat!”
