“The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”

“My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. ”

“House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. ”

“We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. “This place is absolutely stunning! There’s so much to do here. You can play foosball, billiards, watch a movie in the home theater, and even try your luck at poker. I went there with my friends for a fun getaway. In the winter, the wind can be chilly across the lake, but the hot tub was a lifesaver. It was the perfect addition to the place. The only thing I wish is that there were some seats down by the dock so people could enjoy the views after the short walk it takes to get there. ”

“Stayed in a cabin for 4 nights with my family. It was fantastic. The cabin was great. Park is quiet and everyone was friendly. The night security guard Larry was very nice. We got in late our first night because of airport delay and he was there to show us where our spot was and how to get in and shook my hand and said welcome to the property. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave every time we pulled in and out of park. We will be making this our new yearly winter getaway spot. Happy……
