“The mermaid themed room was well thought out & really made our stay feel unique. There was 1 manatee right off the dock when we arrived Thursday & three more on Saturday morning! What an experience! Plenty of great local restaurants were recommended by the property & we took the time to visit 2 of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune's Grotto to anyone looking for a quiet & simple Florida getaway. We definitely are considering returning in the future! Thank yoi for hscing us!”

“When we made our reservation we were not told how to communicate with the owner. We didn’t know where to get the key or since it was a private residence if we needed any other supplies. We were given 3 numbers to call and left several messages but no one ever returned our calls. Because we couldn’t communicate with them it seemed sketchy. We didn’t go there and of course lost our money. Even though we explained the problem they wouldn’t refund our money. A very bad experience!”

“Stayed in a cabin for 4 nights with my family. It was fantastic. The cabin was great. Park is quiet and everyone was friendly. The night security guard Larry was very nice. We got in late our first night because of airport delay and he was there to show us where our spot was and how to get in and shook my hand and said welcome to the property. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave every time we pulled in and out of park. We will be making this our new yearly winter getaway spot. Happy……
