“Yvonne is a fantastic host! The townhome was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs with master on suite and another bath to share down the hall. 1/2 bath downstairs on the main level. Great community with two lagoons near the area, community pool with many shops. Host is a great communicator and very accommodating. Girls weekend was a blast thanks to this amazing gem Yvonne provided for us to stay! ”

“Nice property, nice neighborhood. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Accuracy 100%, easy communication, clean. We used to live in Zephyrhills so we are familiar with the area. This particular duplex has been renovated and is in good shape. Not everything is aestheticically perfect such addict tape on the bathroom door, but functionality wise everything was fine and worked well. No issues at all. Would stay here again next time we are in town. ”

“We chose Henry’s property because we were visiting family in Zephyrhills. The property was centrally located, pretty quiet, and had the amenities necessary for our family! Henry answered any communication within minutes.”

“The house inside was very clean. A little bit of an ant issued but not oo bad and the house is on a VERY busy road. Outside of house needs some attention but overall the house was OK. ”

“The overall house was nice and clean. The bedrooms had no nightstands or plug ins near by so phones and drinks had to go directly on the floor. The master bath had knats coming in from the window which stop once I got some bug spray and sprayed them. Both other rooms had no tvs which is quite unusual in this day and time. There was also no extra blankets anywhere in the house. ”

“This house was clean and FULLY equipped. It was gorgeous and very comfortable. ”

“The Vrbo was very nice inside. Owners made it homey and comfortable. Pool was definitely a draw for our granddaughters. Home was well stocked with kitchen supplies.There are a few steps in the house. If there happens to be elderly people staying. Overall, We were very happy with our stay.”

“Pool was not adequately heated, pump was not working when we arrived. Overall cleaning was not professionally done as we are charged for. Water bottle left beside bed, rugs in dining room are stained, one toilet seat was very loose ( I tightened it and have pictures). Third rental we have had with Vrbo, others were oustanding. Representative was also hard to reach.pictures).”

“What a nice cottage! It was very bright and clean. Mary was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend for a couple or a small family. We were there for a quick weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but the hot tub was crystal clear and the grounds looked amazing. It was nice to have a quiet area to stay in such a busy area.”

“The house was clean and cozy! The lake was beautiful with fishing poles set up ready to use! There were toys for the kids and everything needed in the kitchen. The grill had everything needed as well as everything ready for a bon fire. Chickens were cute and friendly. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Thank you!!”
