“ It a wonderful place ”

“The home was very nice. Only issue was the king mattress needs replacing. We tried to sleep on it but couldn’t due to its poor condition which in turn impacted our vacation. But the style, cleanliness, location, and other amenities were very nice. The golf cart directional unit was also a problem as it was just dangling off the steering column and unusable while driving. ”

“This place is actually an 11 on a 1-10 scale! Super clean, organized, stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, cups. Brand new house with the new house smell included! lol the beds were very comfy and the comforters were super soft and OMG, the master bathroom shower… felt like I was at a resort! We enjoyed having coffee on the screened in back patio. The office was perfect so I could check in with work when needed. The hostess was very responsive and answered my questions within minutes. This……

“The home was very nice. We did not have access to the golf cart because there was no key available. I called the owner and he had no idea where the was placed by the rental company. We had already paid for the golf cart as part of the rental agreement. ”

Everything about our stay was great--communication with the host, house was exactly as described and location was great for our visits to Disney and Universal Studios. Everyone loved the pool and recommend arranging for the pool to be heated in advance. Would absolutely stay again when returning to Orlando.”

“Accuracy 100%, easy communication, clean. We used to live in Zephyrhills so we are familiar with the area. This particular duplex has been renovated and is in good shape. Not everything is aestheticically perfect such addict tape on the bathroom door, but functionality wise everything was fine and worked well. No issues at all. Would stay here again next time we are in town. ”

“This was a great house for our team to stay in. We had plenty of space for all of our equipment and beds to stay in. The modern/historic balance was really fun, and we loved being within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops. ”
