“This property was GREAT! We had everything we needed for a one night stay, super clean and loaded with necessities! I like that it had a garage for the bikes and the air was chilly cold! Cheaper than a hotel and the “neighbors” were very friendly! ”

“We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!”

“Our month stay was phenomenal because of the view complete with sand hill cranes, bluebirds and melodious mocking birds, lush tropical plantings on the private back patio with a sunsetter awning beautifully decorated home with IKEA , well appointed kitchen with a convection stove . Our owner insured our arrival and departure was seamless . The walking trail is a short skip away winding around the golf course, meeting up at marsh bend then water lily and back to our street entrance . The gas……

“This is a lovely house in a quiet cul de sac. It has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The pool area was great and had the sun all day long. Very spacious inside, well laid out. The kids loved the pool table and dart board in the garage. Had a few queries during the stay and they were answered immediately by Roy. Walmart is a 5 minute drive and lots of places to eat along the way. Disney is about 25 minute drive while universal was 40 minutes without traffic. Overall a lovely house……
