Close to many amenities including Brownwood Paddock Square, Sawgrass, Fenney, Publix, CVS, a great coffee shop, pickleball, bike and cart trails, golfing, music, restaurants, shopping and much more. It was like being on a vacation for a month! The house had everything we needed including a golf cart! It was clean, quiet, safe and so much fun! The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. “We had a group of about 20 adults, ages 40s, 50s and 60s and everyone had a blast. The house and backyard are amazing. All the themed rooms are great and the owner provides a lot of info prior to the stay. Alyssa was there to welcome us and she was great. She gave us a quick tour of the property and made sure we knew how to use everything. Overall was just a great place for a group of friends to hangout and have some fun. ”
