“great view and access to the beach, ocean view. atmosphere was cozy comfortable. there were several examples of disrepair in need of attention that detracted from the overall experience. Simple clean up of the property would help. repair of things broken would help.. My DIY bent wanted to go to the hardware store and get stuff to fix things . ”

“An older place that reminds me of my grandparents' house in the 70's. I'm not as picky as some and it was fine for us. It doesn't have beach view, but close enough to easily walk there.”

“Two families of 4 stayed here with kids ranging from 3-6. The heated pool was amazing and bigger than most that we noticed in the area. The yard/grass isn't great as its dry a rough, but not a huge deterrent. The house layout is a little funky, but it easily accommodated a few kids rooms and adult rooms (all of which had their own bathrooms). Would be great place to stay with friends and family of all ages. A very short and easy walk to the beach. The house provided two wagons and a large cooler……

Plenty of space for all of us, a great pool, Coligny Plaza just a couple minute walk and best of all, the beach was less than a hundred yards away.Our host Peter was just a text away with any questions we had.The next time we visit we’ll be sure to stay there.”

“We had a wonderful 2 week vacation with family members from 3 to 91! Wonderful porch and deck to enjoy the views. Great kitchen, Great bedroom suites and bathrooms throughout to accommodate privacy. Kids bunk rooms are great! It was wonderful to be surrounded by the views and the sounds of the sea throughout the house. The elevator became a little difficult to operate, but was manageable. Manager was notified and planned for service. Great property! ”
