“Please book for more than one day. Unfortunately we only had one night and it was not enough. This is a beautifully curated property. Clean, comfortable, artistically decorated with one of a kind views. The heated pool was lovely. The food was delicious. Make sure to book dinner ahead of time is you wish to eat dinner at the hotel. If not, they will call a cab to take you in to town. I hope to be able to return to casa de alto in the future. ”

“A pousada é muito bem localizada, as camas confortáveis e boa roupa de cama e toalhas. Nosso foco foi conhecer a cidade, então apesar de não ser um quarto grande, nos atendeu bem. Estava bem frio, por volta de 2 graus. Tem aquecedor mas não estava tão quentinho o quarto, mas as mantas foram suficientes. O espaço de café da manhã é bem charmosinho! Tem sofá, lareira, um jardim bem cuidado nas lateral e pelego nas cadeiras. Além disso, o café estava uma delícia. Achei justo o preço da diária.”

“This beautiful hotel sits in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains and right across from a beautiful river at the foot of high mountain cliffs. The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. The hotel also has the most beautiful trails along the river with flowers and trees and bushes. Absolutely idyllic. To top it all off, there was a family of geese of a rare species that camped in……

“We stayed here twice on our trip and both times had an excellent experience. The hotel has a lovely and varied breakfast. Street parking was easy to find. The hotel was very centrally located yet on a quiet street. We look forward to staying here again. ”
