“I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one……

“The staff and management were outstanding, they when above and beyond to ensure that my accommodations were right and to my satisfaction. The food was nicely prepared and tasty. Security, housekeeping and all the servers were friendly, respectful and kind to me. I will most definitely be staying with Presken Reliance again!!”

“The shuttle service from the airport was a very classy convenient touch. They were prompt and very easy! The hotel was very clean, excellent WiFi and great amenities. The breakfast was great and so was the food in general. Overall, it was a great lodging experience! Amazing value for money, and outstanding service!”
