“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music.
