“Outside is kinda trashy but decent ”

“l really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is easy to get to and parking is easy. I went there on my way to Chicago and its a good location on way I will keep in mind as I go to Chicago often. I didn't get to spend a lot of time here so I can't comment on the town and area, but it looks like a neat little town. ”

“As I was checking in, the manager was a bit gruff. I had made the reservation on-line and prepaid, but he insisted that I swipe my credit card and that the on-line payment was just a "holder". I looked on my credit card statement, and was charged on-line and again in person but it was returned. As for the room itself; The floors were all hardwood, looked nice but was very slippery coming in from the snow. The room was "dated" and the sheets on the bed had old stains. I found the bed itself was……

“Everything went well except when I was checking in, I had to wait until the clerk got off the phone with a costumer booking a reservation, I was kind of in a time crunch and would have like if she had help at the front desk. also, my daughter and her friends found stains on the cover and sheets they went to the front and got clean ones. other than those things things went well. breakfast was wonderful!!”

“I stay here at least once or twice a month and it's always absolutely amazing the only problem I have are the drug addicts that come in and stink up the hallways with the marijuana moking in their rooms”

“Very supportive, we arrived very early because of the flight and wanted to take a rest badly, the housekeeping manager helped to clean the room to assure we can check in earlier. It helps a lot and we appreciated their help.”
