“House is absolutely beautiful inside and outside. Everything was extremely cleaned and well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. ”

“There were 10 of us that stayed on the property. The location is amazing. The boys all loved their surf lessons with Cali he was out in front of the house daily. There’s a spot up the beach you can rent boogie boards or book a fishing excursion. The property manager helped arrange our trip to the monkey mangrove tour (a must do)and set up our zip lining trip. The hike up to El Miro was incredible. This was an amazing trip! Pablo and Marta are amazing staff that are on site daily. Thank you Jen……

“Our stay at the Green Iguana beach house was great! The location couldn't be more suitable for getting to everything that you need in town and you are right on the beach for beautiful sunsets every evening. We had Dennis and Meliny cook dinner for us one evening they are the Chef's that Steve recommended from Bella Vista Cocina. The food was excellent! Steve and his housekeepers kept the place spotless. He was a great host we hope we can make it back there soon evening ”

“We loved the location for birds and privacy. There is another home on the property, but thankfully no one stayed there. It was a challenge to get to the beaches as the roads we bad....We had lots of shade and the plunge pool was refreshing ”

“The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far……

“The property and unit are both very nice. Paula, the property manager was informative and responsive. It is in a great location with great security. If / when I come back to Jaco I will certainly try to stay here again. ”
