“The house was very spacious and clean. The bed were insanely comfortable, whatever sheets and comforter they had I want them for my own home. We thought the pool table and ping pong table were larger from the pictures but they were miniature, which was still fine. Overall we had a great time staying at the house. “Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. The water toys and access were great. We rented a boat one day and has it dropped off outside of the house, which made for a really easy experience. Rashid was great and answered all……

“What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The keypad codes did not work upon entry, so there was a bit of waiting time to contact the rental company and get that squared away and gain access to the house. It is spacious and lovely. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the 2 bedrooms above the garage, as we did not know where they were located. The kitchen could use a bit of updating in the pots/pans area as well. “We had the most amazing stay. Bobby is extremely friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all items we needed to make the best holiday meals! Enough space for 12 plus adults to spread out for a week! The view was beautiful, especially the group of doe that greeted us with our morning coffee! Saving our day- Bobby went way above and beyond after we mistakenly trashed some very important items. You just don’t come across customer service like his anymore! ”

“We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. ”
