“I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.”

“There were a few issues with the apartment. Whilst the apartment iself was clean, there was no toilet roll, it smelt of smoke and in the corridor there was rat bait (however no sign whatsoever of anything in the apartment). Also the wifi didnt work. ”

“We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. However, when staying at a hotel, the most important thing is a comfortable stay, especially since business trips are tiring. In the room I stayed in, the trash bin in the bathroom its plastic liner replaced for three consecutive days. On the last day of our stay, there was only about one-third of a roll of toilet paper left, and no spare toilet paper was provided. Seriously, I was too lazy to make a call to call for it, trouble. But, used my handy package ones instead. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor. The bed is dent in the middle, to me, it’s not comfortable bed."
