“The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! ”

“ Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. “There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“A small hotel run by a most professional and friendly family. The internal redesign of this old building is the best I have ever experienced. Done by an architect who has extensive knowledge and creativity, their use of wood is magnificently creative and the project impeccably executed.”

“Chambre très spacieuse et très propre, salle de bain moderne avec une douche immense . Situation extraordinaire avec vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner parfait. Petit plus les bouteilles d'eau et la possibilité de se préparer un café ou une tisane était très agréable. Parking sur place . Pas de recetion mais l'enregistrement était très bien expliqué à l'avance donc facile . Par contre l'Accès pour se rendre à l'hôtel était difficile même avec un GPS.”

“Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. ”

“Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, sogar mit Pool und Whirlpool. Ohne Auto ist man aber aufgeschmissen, da es doch sehr abseits liegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, und die Anlage ist sauber. Das Frühstück fällt jedoch sehr spartanisch aus. Da der Preis soweit O.K. ist, kann man mit den Nachteilen leben. ”

“On a passé un très beau séjour avec vue sur la montagne. Un plaisir immense de se poser et regarder la ferme juste en face avec vaches et poules. Le personnel au top, faisant un effort pour être agréable dans notre langue. La piscine, le resto, les aires de jeu pour enfant, le champs de pommes pour se promener, c’est un très bel endroit. Je le recommande. Le resto était très bon, pas très cher. Effectivement les chambres sont un peu petites et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le……
