“This was a great house for 2 families to stay in (4 adults, 4 kids) for Leland Snowplay. Was 5 minute walk away so we could go tubing, come back for lunch at the house, then go back to tubing. Kids had a great time playing in the yard too. House was clean and description is spot on. The host responded to my questions immediately and was super helpful. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking meals for our large group. The downstairs bedrooms were a little cold though - the wall……

The property had all of the amenities we needed, was close to the activities we wanted to do (fishing, boating, hiking), and the owners made the communication a breeze. Will definitely add to my arsenal!”

“A friend & I came to Kirkwood to hike and paddle. We enjoyed a lovely morning paddle on Caples lake and a half day hike on the Carson Pass trail. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the condo’s pretty meadow and Mountain view. ”

“This condo is in a great location. Only downside is the building itself is very dirty and horrible smell at elevator entrance in the parking garage. Inside the condo was nice but the inside temperature got a stifling 86! No air conditioning however they do provide ample fans in most of the rooms. The bad thing about the fans is that they were extremely dirty so you had dust flying through out rooms. One of the showers was so dirty and moldy, the microwave handle was broken which made it……
