“First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. Amenities were important due to the length of our stay. We arrived to a note on the counter that the washing machine and dishwasher were broken, but they would do their best to get them fixed. “Second stay in this nice house. Clean, great decor with very comfortable furniture and a full kitchen with everything you'd need. The location is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It's close to everything all the good restaurants, coffee shops and 2 really good grocery stores. Minutes to the zoo.Also less than 20 minutes to downtown Detroit. Perfect! I'll be back”

“Let me start with the positive. This house is on a nice block that is safe and family oriented. As far as the house goes the pictures are much better then the actual function of the home. The decals on the wall are pealing off and when arrived the tub in the bathroom was not cleaned. The host had to send someone out to clean it. The home is older which is fine but many of the renovations appear to be DIY and the house does not function well. The garbage disposal will not turn off and the house……

“This house is simply beautiful! We had a wonderful experience. Everything we needed was on site! The basement had arcade games, pool table, and a jacuzzi! My family had an amazing time. Spacious, clean, comfortable and large enough to host your family. The deck was an added plus. My family enjoyed that space! The process to book wad easy and the host answered all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely book again and look forward to it! Thank You so much for making my weekend……
