“Very clean inside, and nice kitchen, but nothing was set up outside for guests. Had to clean all the outdoor furniture to use it, some of which was broken. Inside, the freezer did not open more than a few inches (not usable), and the tv was not set up in the bedroom. Otherwise, cannot beat the location!”

“We always travel to Michigan from Minnesota in a large group to visit extended family annually. We typically book a VRBO near the Frankfort area but also have family in Lake Ann so figured we would change it up this year. Maggie & Sam Hanes' property on Pearl Lake is perfect for those looking for large-group accomodations. “The cabin is in the jungle by the lake, and the air is very fresh and quiet. The room is very comfortable to live in, especially the sofa and bed have a strong sense of wrapping, which is very soft and comfortable. Cooking can be done in the room, and the homeowner also has some seasonings with complete tools. It's worth mentioning that I didn't drive, I walked there. When I asked the landlord to borrow a bicycle, she readily agreed and quickly parked it outside my house. Before leaving, I asked……

“We had 10 adult family members stay for the weekend to attend a family members memorial. House was clean. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group. Loved that we could walk to fish town for dinner. When at the house there was plenty of space for us to hang out together. Perfect for all our needs as far as being together, getting ready to attend the memorial and hanging out to share memories. ”

“We booked this cabin in June 2024. The view was wonderful to wake up to each morning. We used the fire pit for s’mores one night. We also used the kayaks and paddle boards. The cabin was exactly as pictured. It’s a short drive to Frankfort, which has lots of cute shops and good places to eat. I highly recommend Stormcloud Brewery for a delicious meal. I also highly recommend staying at this cabin. We will definitely book it again for future trips!”
