“As a native of Carthage, it was nice to find a rental home within the village. The house was very nice, It could use additional seating in the living room and dressers in the non-primary bedrooms, but it was wonderful. The fenced yard in backyard was Nice for our dog. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.”

“Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. “I'm a travel CT tech and stayed at this VRBO after long overnight shifts for a week. The location was perfect for anyone working in the hospital and my dog loved the back yard (just be careful of ticks, as I saw deer in back there almost everyday). I loved the place and had ample cooking utensils so I could cook right at the home. Will be returning! Also the washer and dryer was a nice perk ”
