“This cabin was a great winter getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful view and spending time out on the beach. The ferry dock is super easy to get to and if you don’t mind the hill even walking into town for coffee was easy to do. ”

“I don't like to give negative reviews but this was the worst experience in vacation rentals I have ever had. The house was filthy! The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. Communication was ok until we told them all of the problems then it was crickets! Not a word from the owner to me or VRBO. This house is not fit for guests. But with alot……

I read for hours in there with the stunning lake as a backdrop.Even though this property allows pets you'd never know, not a single animal hair in sight.Hot tub was relaxing and clean. “The house and property are great! Being near the river was so nice. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were bummed not to be able to use the hot tub. The company was very prompt responding and getting it clean and refilled, however it was not ready for use by the time we left. The hard water was the trickiest part. “This house is gorgeous, almost as pretty as the property it sits on. Perfect for a getaway teenager birthday party with lots of space and open concept layout to see all.The hike was a bit harder than expected to river but wow, a lot of work and effort went into that trail. Unfortunately we were maybe a bit early for morel mushrooms :)It is a bit dark in kitchen at night but with all the LED lights and sorting through the many remotes to control them, it definitely is colorful. “It was a little too cold at night to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river as we slept but the rain on the roof made up for that. The only bad nights sleep was when we thought we needed to set our alarm to wake up early. We never set the alarm the rest of our stay. The neighbors to the left put up a no trespassing sign so we couldn’t walk along the river back and that was sad for us. But the home was great. Would definitely rent this home again. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Blue Hydrangea - the lake cabin had a gorgeous view and was clean, cozy and had every amenity we needed. The covered porch was incredible with lots of comfortable seating and truly felt like an extension of the room. The marionberry pie and wine and chocolate made us feel so welcomed and was perfect for celebrating our 20th Anniversary. Thank you so much for having us - we will be back again for sure!”

The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets.
