“I will keep this short and sweet. You want to stay here. It is a lovely house with tons of character and all the amenities you may need. While we didn't end up using the kayaks and toys in the boat house (though we were very tempted), the view from the spacious sunroom was amazing and where my friends and I spent most of our time chatting and playing tabletop games during our stay. Plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is updated and fun to cook in, and I slept super well in the master suite……

“The house was absolutely perfect for us!!! The huge kitchen allowed us to put flower arrangements together and the entire was so beautifully decorated and prepared!!! Very comfortable all around!!! Would highly recommend this property!! The check in was so easy as well! Thank you for helping provide a wonderful space to stay for our sons special night! ”

The home was in great condition and everything we needed was there. “The place is a daylight basement apartment in a quite neighborhood. The Host was extremely responisve. There are 2 things to be aware of. There is no thermostat downstairs. May not normally a problem, but it was unusually cold for Seattle and rto cold to sit when we got there, so we turned on he fireplace and the space heater, and the owners turned on the upstairs heat, which also serciced the appt, as well. However, it still took a while to heat up.The other was that the king bed in the……

“We rented this house for my daughters wedding at Machias Meadows. My wife and I as well as the bridal party stayed here. There was lots of room for everyone. We did use an air mattress or 2 but nothing was cramped. The first night we lost power for about 5 hours because of a fallen tree and after I sent Joe a message he was able to give us updates on timeframe to get it back on. We also lost air conditioning but I gave Joe a quick call and with in 2 hours it was back on. Overall we had a great……
