“We loved our stay at this VRBO! The property's location was ideal for our visit to the Ballard area, offering us easy access to the trails that lead to Shilshole Bay and the Chittenden Locks. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with a great view of the bay right from the house. We also loved the private backyard—it was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. “We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“We basically just needed a place to sleep and get ready for the day the next morning. Nice quiet location, clean, no frills with a comfortable bed. This place worked well for our needs. Thank you to our host who was very personable and helpful.”

“Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. ”
