“The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is older, so has some quirks but it was charming. Some loud neighbors but not a big deal. ”

“We stayed for three nights for a family holiday dinner. We were quite comfortable. The beds and linens were nice, the showers were hot, the backyard was lovely, and I appreciated that all the light switches were labeled and the WiFi password was easily accessible. Only one thing bothered us: the house needs a WiFi extender. As it is, there is signal only in the room with the router. Not terrible, but so easily fixed.”

“This house has great access to all of metro Seattle and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Kitchen was adequate for prepping basic meals, beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Hosts were efficient and communicated all the information clearly. A perfectly acceptable alternative to a basic hotel. The fact that it is pet friendly is the big selling feature as it is hard to find reasonably prices, pet-friendly accommodations here! ”

“Our family enjoyed our 4-day stay in Seattle, using only public transportation and staying in this great Capitol Hill-area gem. It was quiet and spacious and comfy! We ate breakfast at 'home, having shopped at the nearby grocery store to supplement what was offered at the home, used the light rail and buses to travel to museums, Pike Place, and other things to do and see, then ate dinner back in the neighborhood, just steps away. ”
