“So overall location and stay were great. The lack of curtains in the bedroom for sleep, the twin beds having 6” deep mattress, locked out of adding my Netflix to the Roku, building laundry instead of unit laundry, and the couch pointed away from the tv (crick in the neck).”

“The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars.”

“The location and views were great. Only issues were the people (who I believe live in the building) were always right outside the front door vaping. Instructions on using the key fob to get in/out of the garage would have been nice. The apartment itself is VERY run down and smells like mildew. Kitchen is so small that you can't open the dishwasher or the fridge all the way. NO kitchen towels or pot holders provided, which made it difficult to get food out of the oven. Settings on the fridge seem……

“Modern and well appointed small condo with bright natural light. Spotlessly clean. Corner unit on upper floor provided treetop views, privacy and quiet. We had difficulty at first with the entry code instructions and Martin responded immediately. Highly recommend the Grand Central Bakery and Cafe nearby for their terrific pastries, coffee or a quick breakfast or lunch. We really enjoyed the variety of bars and restaurants this neighborhood had to offer.”

“Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. ……
