“While this condo looks a bit dated from the outside, it was safe, convenient, clean and just perfect for an extended weekend in Bellevue. I took my mom to the area to visit family and this condo worked perfectly as a home base. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked multiple meals with ease. The host was very responsive to my few questions. Easy walk to grocery and shopping. A great condo for sure!”

“The condo was beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was both refreshing and quiet, making it feel like our own private oasis overlooking Lake Washington. We used the AC unit in one of the bedrooms, which would get down to 64-66 degrees at night, and strategically placed two fans to circulate the cool air to the secondary bedroom and the living room & kitchen, keeping the rest of the condo between 74-76 degrees. The unit is spotless, well appointed, and the bed is very comfortable. Karen had everything in the unit we could need for a relaxing 5 night stay. “We stayed 28 nights in March2023. Great location and neighbor but lack of comfort (flat bed, couch, cushion pillows with feathers everywhere) Plus they don't get on top of this with 3 toilet papers for long staying. Not even dustpan or second bedsheets set offered. It's very disappointed. Unless you found a good rates. Otherwise, I would remain with Hilton or Marriott Bonvoy. Thank you. ”

“My fiance and I stayed at this property over Christmas to visit with family. It's in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to Juanita, Kirkland, and Woodinville. The entire house has been converted to short-term rentals, and this unit is the downstairs. Overall, the property was beautifully renovated and well-designed for a stay (and the internet was great). However, it doesn't have some of the finishing touches that would make it easier for a guest to take advantage of the amenities.……
