“We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. “The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. ”

“Getting in the building was easy and the instructions were clear. Using the elevator? Not so much. It would be nice to have deatiled instructions as WHERE TO TAP THE KEY TO ACCESS THE 6TH FLOOR. Hauling luggage up the hot stairwell is not fun. The apartment is cute. It needs to be painted pretty badly. The vents need a good cleaning. I only had decaf coffee available. Did they partner with the coffee shop downstairs so we'd be forced to buy coffee every morning? That was a bummer. Why make us……
