“Had a wonderful weekend away and this little gem is in the heart of the centre which is great. Very compact&quite small but very cute. Parked car opposite on paid carpark. “I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. “As the lakes is a family favourite of ours we visit it frequently, however this was the first time at The Lakeside. With the exception of the service during Dinner (which was mainly down to inexperienced younger staff) We we extremely impressed!
