“First off, I must say that Arpit (don't know if he's the owner or manager) is absolutely outstanding in helping with any information or anything needed for the room. The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! Having said that, this is a very budget hotel and you would feel that. The upside and the downside of this place is its location. It's in a very busy……

“Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates.……

“Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story.”
