“I am really torn about writing this review, for purely selfish reasons. I want everyone to know that this is truly a lovely, wonderful apartment- well-maintained, very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. On the other hand, I'd like to keep this place under wraps so the next time we come to Michigan, there will be an apartment available. The owners, Chad and Melissa provided detailed information about check in, and Angie, the property manager jumped in when I had questions about available……

“Lisa is a fantastic host. She helped us to also see her other location in Davison for our next possible stay She had everything we needed - including little spare touches like the notes to help us near the cabinets and how to use the heat. Great host!”

“We were visiting family in the Davison area, and this home was perfect for our needs. Very roomy, nicely appointed and fresh and new feeling. The kitchenette met our needs. Nice of the owners to provide a gift basket of fun treats and chilled water bottles. The home was very quiet at night. Highly recommend as a great place to stay.”

“Great home away from home. We stayed 9days and enjoyed all the comforts of home plus exercise equipment and games in the basement level while waiting for laundry. Very clean and well equipped with easy communication when needed. ”

“This property is very well maintained and cozy. The management was very responsive with communication if needed, and provided a wonderful space with a lot of wonderful amenities. There was access to a great laundry area outside of our unit, as well as ample parking with a garage. The unit is comfortable and had plenty of linens, towels, appliances, kitchen ware, etc. There is also a private entrance going directly outside. The one tiny issue was nothing to do with the space itself, but that it……

“The property was described factually. All and all a good place to stay. A couple things I think need attention would be the caulking around the bathroom counter and the bedding. The caulk was coming out and nasty looking. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was old and faded. ”

“It was clean and perfect location for us”

“There were eight of us. We stayed in two units. Both units were clean and the king-size bed in the bedroom was nice, a firm mattress, which I liked. You could see Mount Holly from our VRBO entrance so the location was very convenient for skiing. Easy location, nothing to fancy. Good for the weekend. We did have to book three nights, but we only needed it two. ”
