“The check-in was very simple using a private code. The kitchen was well equipped although it did take some looking around to find some items as there are many cabinets and drawers. Some of us especially liked the free Keurig coffee makers and K-cups. There was adequate seating for everyone to eat, the dining room, high-top table in the kitchen and stools at the kitchen counter. The wi-fi was more than adequate for our group of 18. We especially loved the three-season room which face west. That……

“Property is clean & well kept. Host is on site, polite & quick to respond. Camper is in their driveway (not a campground). Privacy isn't an issue.The lake is 2 to 3 blocks from the property.The factory mattresses were the biggest disappointment. ”

I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here. “This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. “Excellent location for a retreat or family gathering. 12/10! We loved the open space and many thoughtful details, such as the large whiteboard and fresh dry erase markers. The wifi and tech worked well. The A/C was amazingly cool, and we were there during a major heat wave. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, both day and night.
