“Property was exactly what we were needing. Ample space. Access to the Saint Johns River and Lake George were very easy and convenient. Boat parking at end of canal was really nice. Plenty of room for two 22 to 24 foot boats. ”

“The unit is remote with a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately, the unit is dated and needs updating and wasn’t as clean as we expected. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our time. Fishing off the dock was amazing!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.”

Glad we could enjoy the firepit by the water and then get in the hottub! Great spot to enjoy the winter month! Cant wait to come back! ”

“We have rented many houses over the years. A few even in the Palm Coast/Flagler area. Some were great some okay. This particular home quickly became our latest favourite. We particularly liked the layout with the master bedroom at one end and the other 2 at the other end offering a nice level of privacy. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable. Overall decorating was tasteful and elegant. A few updates in patio furniture department would be a welcome addition although there was nothing……

“Y’all!!!! My husband and I looked everywhere for where we wanted to spend our 20th wedding anniversary. Ohhh boy did we pick right!! It was only us two, but there was plenty of room for the entire family. The kitchen was spotless, with new appliances and every accessory and cooking tool you would need. I won’t even get started on the screened in grilling and eating area outside on the canal with a gorgeous view.. the beds were comfortable and clean with TV’s and plenty of air for us! You know……

“I’m from the area, but now live in ME. My family and I decided to rent in a neighborhood I’m familiar with. The area is great for families, safe, quiet, and close to stores/restaurants, and Flagler Beach. The house was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, showers were great, pool was nice. Also loved the beach chairs/umbrella available as those items are expensive to purchase locally. ”
