“We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.”

“Lovely house - very clean and comfortable - lots of thought has gone in to the presentation, which made it a joy to stay. Very quiet and peaceful; convenient location for Palm Coast highlights. Shirley was a very thoughtful and attentive host - we really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.”

“Loved the convenience of the location to the river and Lake George. The house was small but very comfortable. We really weren’t in it much anyway. Was able to launch my 22’ boat from the ramp but it was tricky for a boat that size. We didn’t retrieve the boat there because of the drop off; public ramp was really close by. Everyone slept great in the beds and Maria was an awesome Communicator. Hope to go back some day!”
