It is an older doublewide that has been updated, with plenty of parking for a vehicle and a boat. It is located on a dead end street and a canal. It has a nice little dock to sit on in the evenings to watch the sunset.You are conveniently located 30 minutes to Astor, 45 minutes to Deland, Ormond Beach and an hour to Daytona.
