“The park is always nice to visit. What my challenge was at my check-in. Plus my return visit in two months from now is me booking cottage space and being confirmed for it with the photos and in print and upon checking in being given the cabin (older units) that I did not reserve.there is a misrepresentation, glitch, or miscommunications between Expedia and thousand trails. “ A little effort could've gone a long way. None of the cute decrotive lights outside worked. My husband had to move a few around to get light into the outdoor bathroom. Coffee/tea station had mugs with sticky bottoms and a tiny selection of tea bags. The bbq propane tank was being used for the hot water heater instead. The compost toilet was nearly full when we got there. One of the two patio chairs busted as soon as my husband sat down (thank goodness it was him not me cause he caught himself……
