“I was traveling alone and my priority was safety, the owners were amazing and made me feel at ease from the first moment. The property is gated so very safe. The room was perfect and very nice and clean! I’d definitely recommend.”

Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.”

“The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! It is conveniently located near six flags and universal studios , with a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks close by. However, several issues affected our stay. There were only eight……

“The house was very accommodating for our family with an open space, kitchen, and nice kitchen counter space and all utensils needed for breakfast. Our mom is disabled so the downstairs bedroom privacy and en suite bath was a total plus for us in accommodating Mom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. And convenient stores nearby for groceries, etc. Nikki was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay at her place again.”
