“This was our second visit and we enjoyed the beautiful house and setting. However, as we are 4 older ladies in our 70’s we have decided to stay elsewhere next year because of the steep slope of the driveway. We had trouble being able to get up the driveway after pleasant walks around the lake.”

“We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. “Great place for a get-away :) The inside of the unit was clean and comfortable. No dishwasher-but not a problem for us. The outside areas could've used some attention (just wiping down), but it was fine. I would give it 4.9 stars for cleanliness if I could. The driveway was trickier than expected. Had we drove my husband's Tundra I don't know that we could've navigated it. It was raining when we arrived and my 2WD car slipped a little going up, but once we got up the hill it was fine. “Overall, it was a good stay. Cabin had ample room and amenities. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom materials. Our only criticism was there were no test strips for the hot tub (we ave had several tubs and were very critical about testing the chemicals before we got in…but that’s just our own pet peave). “So glad I spent a relaxing couple of days here! The cabin was thoughtfully appointed, everything was super comfy and clean. Listening to the stream out the back door was just the best! “This cabin is gorgeous! It’s fully stocked with anything you can think of needing. The views are spectacular! There’s a small spring running just behind where you can watch little calves get a drink. There are Majestic mountains just beyond the meadows. And the ELK! They make themselves right at home too! Not to mention that the Kucinski family make you feel so comfortable in their beloved home. Communication was excellent. Not one complaint! We will be back! ”

“The property had a wonderful view. Very close to town. I can see where it would be good in the winter to 4x4, however I live in the mountains and it was fine. The cabin was clean. I only have to complaints there is a need for new pots and the fireplace was not working. I have one at home but my friend was looking forward to burning it. The neighbor is quiet. There is a new home being built near by. We enjoyed watching a storm roll in, I can never get enough of the thunder in the moutains.”
