“The house was everything it said it was. It had everything we needed to enjoy the fall weekend. It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the wood floors as I have allergies and carpet sometimes bothers me.”

“I came up for a reunion from busy central Florida. It was a wonderful, peaceful stay. Jonathon's creek is beautiful and i loved sitting out on the porch and just listening to it. It's not a huge space but definitely fit my needs. ”

“Very unique and fun home. Great jumping off location for the Cataloochee Valley in the Smoky Mountains NP. Very Clean and nicely equipped. In a private rural setting, but civilization (Waynesville) is only about 15 minutes away. This is a home where the owner pays a lot of attention to details, and it makes for a very enjoyable stay.”

“I'd rate this 4 1/2 stars-- a great place to get away in the mountains and with beautiful views, but must keep in mind that you are getting a mountain cabin so without some of the luxuries. The good: a view to kill for, and with the sun and clouds turning it into constantly changing panorama; 15 minutes from hiking; very clean and comfortable; two very comfortable queen beds. Totally isolated, sing to your heart's content. The minor faults: There were some things that you would normally……

“Gravel road was not very motorcycle friendly and if pulling a trailer it's very tight getting turned around and backing up hill to property. But cabin was awesome!!!”

“This house was exactly what we hoped for and more! It was very clean, nice furnishings and bedding, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, beautiful screened porch with picturesque sunrise! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. The giant hydrangeas on the property were gorgeous in a backdrop of my husband and son playing soccer in the large grass yard! Thank you! If we ever come back to Asheville we would certainly stay here again.”

“This house was amazing! Old school hospitality at its finest. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy nature and true time with your people this is it. The host was so nice and really connects with her guests. The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. A personalized message for your group on the board in the dining room, a personalized dozen donuts waiting in the fridge, wood pre chopped for……
