“My stay at Bearcat was nice and cozy. She is an older gal with a lot of personality. Owner was very nice and communication was easy. ”

“Once we saw that Waynesville was open to visitors We booked last minute to come up for apples and to enjoy the Apple Festival. This property was perfect! One block off Main Street and walking distance to the festival and downtown Waynesville with lots of neat stores and restaurants. Very clean, bed was really nice--much more comfortable than most rentals. We didn't use the twin in the 2nd room but I assume it was just as nice. WIFI and cable TV were excellent--included local channels and ESPN!……

“We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and very comfortable. We had cold rainy weather while we were there and we stayed warm and cozy while visiting. ”

“House was located in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable and clean. View from back deck was good, although limited. Enjoyed sitting on back deck and watching rabbits and birds at feeder. Suggestions: upgrade and furnish additional pillows for beds, 2) furnish a reasonable supply of trash bags for kitchen 3) furnish a reasonable supply of toilet paper and paper towels ( at least 2 rolls per room). There is a family of groundhogs living in a den in the rocks by the steps on the East side.……

“Things we really liked: *Hand soap at all sinks *Beds are super comfy, and 3 are king sized *Lots of kitchen supplies, including a coffee pot, Keurig, an instant pot and a ninja air fryer *Lots of starter supplies of TP, paper towels, trash bags and even laundry pods *AC works great, though with vaulted ceiling in the main house, upstairs was warmer than downstairs *Wrap around covered porch is amazing with lots of seating *Pet friendly, including dog bowls *Very clean & did not smell like it……
