“The cabin was accurate to its listing. Clean. For moms: all 3 bedrooms are upstairs. If you plan to pack lunches to take to the park bring your own containers/food storage. The owner was very responsive to text & quickly changed out the propane tank for the grill as requested. Air hockey table was NOT there, but replaced by Atari games which was a bummer because we wanted screen free. We had a great time & will rent here again!”

“My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in the Smokies and this quaint cottage was just perfect! Easy to find, well stocked, communication with Laura the owner was wonderful. This time of year was so lovely, everything is turning green and blooming. The neighbor next door was friendly and has a BEAUTIFUL old barn you could look out the kitchen window and see. “We stayed 3 nights at the Little Bear Cottage for spring break. The cottage was the perfect size for a family of 5. Our kids loved playing in the creek and going in the hot tub. The cabin is close to town, we were able to walk to Ole Red’s with 3 kids. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. ”

“The house was great. The road to get to it was not. Narrow, steep and rough. Also the washer and dryer are to big for the area they are in. Very hard to do laundry. I have bruises on my belly from squeezing in to do my laundry. But other than that I slept like a baby every night. I would stay again. Thank you to the owner. ”

“We had a large group with a total of 18, and this cabin was perfect for us! We had plenty of space to spread out, and when we were all together the main kitchen and living room area was big enough for us all! The views were great from the deck. One thing to know, there wasn't a lot of room for multiple cars if you have a large group going. The host was very helpful when I inquired about overflow parking. They offered for us to park at their headquarters in Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and……

“Awesome Cabin on the north side of Gatlinburg. Plenty of room. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, great room, kitchen, and dining room. ADA compliant which was good for my 93 year old mother. The outdoor fire ring was great for having a campfire and cooking smores. Enjoyed our stay!”
