“The stay was wonderful. My Wife and I question the legality of requiring people with disabilities to provide proof of their service animal before arriving. We are not disabled nor do we have a service animal, but in our state, it is against the law and considered discrimination to require someone to prove their animal is a service animal. “The hose was right, best view in Gburg! Was so nice to wake up to the sunrise over the Smoky Mountains! Unit is clean, well maintained, and has all you need for a home away from home. The trip up to the unit is not for the faint of heart, I can't imagine driving here during snow. :) Listing is correct, very steep drive to location - but worth the trip. We would stay again!”

"Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good. Don't book such a hotel when traveling! I would rather spend more money than have trouble. I only slept for six hours. It was really a disaster."
