“We had a wonderful first trip to the Smoky Mountains and this condo was ideal for my family. It was great having two full baths. My teenage loved the loft bedroom with skylight. We absolutely loved being up in the mountains and it was just a short 10-15 minute ride down to Gatlinburg, 25-30 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the national park via the bypass roads. The view is just spectacular. When my 14 year old was asked what her favorite part of our Smoky Mountain vacation was she said……

“The condo was beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed the patio listening to the sound of the creek. Location was great with a trolley stop very close. Parking was very convenient and safe. The rental process was easy and instructions were clear. Communication with the property owner was like texting with a friend. Owner provided information on things to do and places to visit. I really enjoyed my conversations with her. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Would love to……

“We did not stay at our original condominium that was reserved, due to elevator being repaired & we were traveling with a handicap person. Oui host,Razvan REALLY can to our rescue. He quickly got us new accommodations that was GREAT!! Not only that, he also provided us with a motorized scooter to use. Our new place was Wonderful & he was so accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!! A”

“Immaculate property! Very clean...even smells wonderful! The furniture, appliances, & amenities were all very nice. Loved the shower in the master bathroom!!! The balcony is on the far corner, & the sounds of the creek running by is very peaceful & relaxing. Views are great, too! Loved our stay!!!”

“Debra is amazing with communication! We had to check in 2 days earlier than originally planned and she made it happen very easily! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound is so soothing! The condo was comfortable and we slept great on the beds. We saw a bear close by and it’s very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg of the national park! ”

“We used the kitchen for every dinner and appreciated all the utensils, pots, pans, and coffee makers (plus the blender!!!). We saw bears EVERY DAY while we were there - mama bear and grown cub must have a circuit around the grounds and area!The drive up was scary at first, but we got used to it - no problems! Very close to Gatlinburg as well as the by-pass to Pigeon Forge. Used the pool - very refreshing, nice chairs, and cell phone coverage while out there. The indoor pool and hot tub room……
