“Lots of owls and bears decorate the condo. We saw in the guest book that someone had done a scavenger hunt. All of us spent some time trying to count the owls and bears in the condo. It occupied us for a good 30-45 minutes. We didn't see any real bears on this trip, but we have stayed in the complex before and did see them then. Only issue we had was that it took forever to boil water on the apartment-sized stove. But the condo had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.”

“Picked this property at the last minute. Booking and paying for was easy. Word to the wise, if you have a low car, be careful where you turn around. Also, make sure you park in a parking spot, Accommodations were good, needs to add a few more kitchen items to the mix. Internet is spotty. Router could probably use a reboot. Very nice place to stay close enough to everything but far away from the crowds. Would be ideal for a honeymoon trip ”

“Very clean, easy to get in. Waking distance to many fun activities, shopping and restaurants. The space had most of what we needed for our stay. The bedroom is small and makes it hard to move around in and close to the elevator so that bothered my spouse, who is a light sleeper. ”

“We were in town for the Santa family reunion held every other year in Gatlinburg at the convention center. The condo is a nice place to stay with friends. Parking in Gatlinburg is always an issue. On busy weekends it's harder to find a spot at the condo. In town you have to pay for parking everywhere. The trolley does come near the condo nearthcond6so that's an option. ”

“Me and my husband and our 5 children were visiting from FL. After booking Ethan and Jennifer reached out to me and gave me all of the info I would need to self check in once I arrived. I had no issues checking in at all. The room was clean and updated. Everything was fully stocked. They checked on us a few times during our stay and even sent me a link to check out their other rentals. I would definitely stay here again. It’s not too far from all the wonderful things that Gaitlnburg has to……

“My 11-year-old and I stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The condo is right above Gatlinburg in the mountains. It was close enough to town for easy access but far enough to feel away from the crowds.
