“We have said in these condos before, but not this unit. As soon as we walked in, you can tell the place was amazing. The bathrooms smelled and looked clean. Only little hiccup was the elevator (not in building) beside the pool was out of order, so the walk up the hill was a little hard. We will stay there again! ”

“This townhome was a good location for our visit to Great Smoky Mountains NP. It was also walkable into Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space for our family of six (kids 4 to 14), and enough cookware for the minimal cooking we did. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw black bears in the complex on two occasions. The second sighting was a mama bear and her two cubs. The mama was on top of someone’s parked car digging at their roof bag. ”

“The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. If you want to be close to the action in the downtown……

“This condo is in a very convenient location for Gatlinburg. No fee for parking at the condo. It is about 0.5 miles from downtown (walking distance for us). The condo is very clean. It does not have an oven or a toaster oven. I also could not figure out how to use the two countertop burners. However, there is a microwave and an actual toaster. The bed is very comfortable. ”
