“This property has it all. Everything we could think of, they have. It was perfect for a large group. 12 was in our party, but it can accommodate 18. There was two of everything, haha. Perfect location and perfect view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. ”

“This cabin was SO CLEAN and perfect. We felt right at home and got some much needed rest. It’s hard for us to be able to sleep good away from home but the cabin was so cozy and comfy we both got amazing sleep every night. The neighbor was quiet and not far from all attractions. 19/10 stay and will be booking again. The hot tub faced the road but they have built very nice private walls so you still feel secluded. Loved every part of our sweet trip. ”

“Relaxing and enjoyed alot ”

“This cabin is in a great location. It is close to Gatlinburg but far enough out of town to give you plenty of relaxation. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. On the second night we lost power in the area. I texted the gentleman at 3:30 am about it and he answered immediately and called the electric company immediately. ”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. Things were labeled which made it easy to find things. The view of mountains was beautiful but landscaping could use a little perking up. Flowering shrubs would be nice. We used the hot tub daily- felt good on tired muscles after hikes that we enjoyed. Location was good but we got lost a few times. “The drive to the cabin is very winding, but the view of Ober mountain is great! While driving, we did see a mama bear and 3 cubs walking alongside the road not too far from the cabin. The cabin had plenty of towels for both bathing and using the hot tub, which was much appreciated. The master bathroom shower is very nice, but the area near the vanity is small. “Our stay was perfect! It was nice to be removed from all the chaos downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to get there within minutes. The location was ideal, enchanting with the water flowing freely below the building and serene. We did get the opportunity to see black bears during our visit, it was incredible! "Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good. Don't book such a hotel when traveling! I would rather spend more money than have trouble. I only slept for six hours. It was really a disaster."
